"I gained immense confidence and knowledge"
“Jenn is an exceptional coach who made a profound impact on my life and business. She has a true gift for unconditional listening and always knew exactly when to offer encouragement. Through her guidance, I gained immense confidence and knowledge, which has been invaluable.
Jenn freely shared all her resources and tips, and I always felt deeply heard and supported during every one of our meetings. She was instrumental in helping me engage with leadership to successfully set up a payor system for a pilot program with the hospital administration. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable coach.”
--Susan J., Nurse Coach and Bedside RN in California

"I couldn’t have done this without your support and the structure of this program."
“The HBNC program has truly been a game-changer for me and for our hospital. I’m wrapping up the pilot with incredible feedback, and I’ve already had two nurses ask about enrolling in the nurse coach program because of what they’ve seen. My CNO is so supportive — she’s asked for all my materials to send to corporate to explore reimbursement for future nurse coaches, and she’s even asked how many nurse coaches we’d need to support the hospital because she knows I can’t do it alone.
I really believe this work could evolve into a dedicated department based on the momentum and response we’ve received. Thank you, Jenn — I couldn’t have done this without your support and the structure of this program. It gave me the confidence, direction, and tools to make this happen.”
--Melissa R., Nurse Coach and Bedside RN in Texas

In this short video, Aimee T., a Nurse Coach and Nursing Administrative Supervisor in Delaware shares how Jenn’s HBNC program supported her in launching impactful wellness initiatives at her hospital and gave her the confidence to step into her new role as Director of Well-Being.

Submitting an application does not commit you to enroll. It simply helps us confirm you’re a strong fit.
Not sure you want coaching support yet?
If the timing, budget, or level of support doesn’t feel right right now, you don’t have to decide everything today. Some nurse coaches prefer to start by learning and clarifying their vision before moving into implementation and coaching support.
If you’d like help thinking through what level of support makes the most sense for you, I recommend completing the application and scheduling a short connection call. We can talk through your goals, capacity, and timeline together.
If you already know you’d rather start on your own, you can begin with the HBNC Foundations Course, a self-paced option that covers the core framework without live coaching or group calls.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve built a successful hospital-based nurse coaching program in my own organization — one that led to a 17% reduction in first-year RN turnover and saved millions in associated costs.
I created this training & coaching program to give you the tools, confidence, and guidance I wish I had when I started.
I’m passionate about helping nurses reconnect with their purpose, reduce burnout, and create wellness-focused programs within the healthcare system — from the inside out.
I’ve also supported nurse coaches across the country in building their own HBNC programs, giving them the tools, structure, and confidence to bring this important work into their hospitals.
Yes, I do not teach you how to be a Nurse Coach, but how to apply that knowledge in the clinical setting and to create a program. Therefore, you must either have completed or currently be in a certification program to become a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. You do not have to have the actual board certification completed.
If you are not yet a Nurse Coach and want info on different programs please reach out and I am happy to offer recommendations!
You get BOTH group coaching twice a month AND (3) 1:1s which you can use at any time!
If you decided to continue after your 3 month contract with the monthly membership then you will get to keep any remaining 1:1s and use them whenever as long as you are current and continue to attend the group sessions! There are also options to add on 1:1s if you run out 😊
The 24 training modules are self-paced and broken down intentionally into no more than 20 min. videos to make them easy to complete anytime, anywhere! I encourage you to complete the modules during the 3 month program as they build the foundation of creating your program! However, you will have life-time access to the modules, so no stress there.
You also get tons of extras in the Resource Library like bonus training modules, templates, all previous group recordings, extra support for NC-BC testing, etc.- all of which you will maintain access to as long as you are a current client!
This program is designed to be flexible and meet you where you are at! The best start date for you will be determined after a discussion with Jenn Maul :)
Yes and no...it is a hybrid program! The best of both worlds, IMO 🤩
See above in the "How does this hybrid program work" FAQ! ⬆️
As mentioned above, the 24 training modules are self-paced and broken down intentionally into no more than 20 min. videos to make them easy to complete anytime, anywhere! There is a companion workbook to support you along the way as well.
I encourage you to complete the modules during the 3 month program as they build the foundation of creating your program!
Please note: While you will have life-time access to the modules, you have one year from the date of the course/ program purchase to complete the course modules for continuing education contact hours; see below for more details.
Nope! While that is my specialty area and thus where my main focus is...you definitely can get utilize the foundational elements to create your own program in any clinical setting!
It is very challenging to come in from the outside, and truthfully, that is not my area of expertise, I do not have contract examples for you. However, this content and the support will still be so helpful! We can work through this together, get creative, and the foundation of an HBNC program is the same with everything else!
Hmmmm...Yes and no...this is really created for staff. Will some of the elements work, yes- likely! However, all the data, the examples, etc. are all focused on staff.
Absolutely! However, my strong recommendation is to start with nurses because you will likely have your biggest return on investment there in the clinical setting! Starting your pilot with nurses can showcase the value quickly and allow for expansion to other clinicians.

That’s completely okay — and honestly, very common.
Some nurse coaches know they want hands-on guidance, feedback, and support as they build and implement their hospital-based nurse coaching program. Others want time to learn, reflect, and get clear before bringing something forward in their organization.
If you’re not ready for the full HBNC Training & Coaching Program, you can start with the HBNC Foundations Course, a self-paced option that covers the core framework, concepts, and planning considerations without live coaching or implementation support.
Many participants begin with the course and later decide to step into the full program when the timing feels right.
